Villese IGT (Super Tuscan)
Typically made from 60% Sangiovese grapes, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and 20% Merlot grapes, Villese Igt wines are made in small quantities from grapes carefully selected by hand and are aged 2 years in oak barrels before bottling. They compare very favorably in quality with Super Tuscans costing much more. They are exceptional values.
